Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return your Shaya Lab product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will send a package label to you that you can apply on the package and ship back to us at no cost to you. To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued, and an email will notify you of that transaction.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
